My Favorite Clothes
While I’m not sure just how many people share the similarity with me, I’m sure I’m not alone when I say that my childhood was an odd combination of Disney princess and playing war with the boys of the neighborhood. All at the same time, I wanted to be as dressed up as Belle and building muddy stick forts in the woods. That said, it’s no surprise that I latched onto rompers and jumpsuits the way I did. How else can you get the femininity of a floral dress without flashing your knickers (for lack of a better term) when you need to climb a tree?
While, as an adult, I’m proud to say that I’ve never lost my love for this versatile type of clothing, I’ll admit that it’s been a little difficult to find ones that suggest I’m anything but that: an adult. That is until I found these jumpsuits from Reformation.
A grown up take on what I loved to donn in my childhood, these rompers perfectly bridge the gap between functional and feminine. What’s more, Reformation makes their clothes using sustainable resources and practices, so if you’re a nature nerd like me, you get the added bonus of feeling like you’ve done something good for the environment when you wear them! You’ll find my favorites for this summer below.
